Harding In Zambia

In August 2019 it'll be five years since we traveled to Zambia, Africa. I attended Harding University for my undergraduate degree and they offered different study abroad programs. One of those programs was HIZ (Harding in Zambia). I chose HIZ because I wanted to be immersed into the culture instead of feeling like a tourist just barely scratching the surface.

HIZ allows you to really get involved in the lives of the people you are surrounded by. We worshiped along side of them, took classes to learn the history and language, stayed in the villages, worked at the clinic, and the Haven - with the aunties and babies.
