The Story of a Photographer

I’m 27 years of age, and I’m based in Searcy, Arkansas.

I grew up with a photography loving mom, who always encouraged my photography. In fact, she was the one who got me my first digital camera early on. Then when I was in high school she bought me my first DLSR camera and the rest is history!

With all kinds of art being a passion of mine, I went to a visual and performing arts high school. In college, I lost a little bit of the art passion and majored in Public Administration at Harding University and graduated in 2016. I am currently working on obtaining a Master's degree in Political Science, another passion of mine.

I love traveling (Spain is my favorite place so far), hanging out with friends, going for walks with my dog (Kala), reading, politics, writing in my journal, research papers, and food in general!

My main goal, during a session, is to capture the authenticity of beautiful moments in time. And I thoroughly enjoy capturing the beauty found all around me. I would be honored to document the moments you want to treasure forever. 

You can count on getting good direction from me, because to be honest, being in front of a camera can, and is, pretty intimidating at times. Your photos won’t be just “smile” or super posed kinds of photos. They’ll be natural, charming, and all around fun!

I shoot with premium equipment, and world renowned editing programs.

I am not a traditional person in general and so it makes sense that my photography is not traditional either. Like snow flakes, no two people are alike. Every individual is unique, therefore, my photos will reflect that. I want you to be able to look back years later and know exactly how you were feeling when the photos were taken. I am here to document your story. You just have to be willing to be yourself, and have fun!
